We really want to help out our amazing hero's that are currently working under some pretty horrible conditions. POPSI'S has introduced a 'NHS Meal' where anyone can buy a meal for an NHS worker. This can then be redeemed by any NHS employee against any pizza on our menu. To donate a meal for the NHS please head over to out ORDER page. You can find it under 'Meal Deals'. To redeem an NHS meal all you need to do is give us a call on 02380 36 90 90 and first check that there are donations to be used. Then order any pizza on our menu. When you come to collect the pizza you will need to present your NHS ID. Offer will end once lockdown ends. Offer subject to availability. One free pizza redemption per transaction and per week. ORDER TIME & COLLECTIONS
As standard orders take up to 30 minutes to be prepared. We will always try our best to keep to a 30 minute prep window however during peak times on Friday & Saturday evenings this can take up to 60 minutes. We strongly recommend that you call us after placing you order for a more accurate pick up time. We do provide outside seating for waiting. Alternatively you can leave your number with us and we can call you when your order is ready. *Our new ritual system will give you an approximate time. Orders can not be guaranteed to be ready by this point but we will always priorities orders placed through the website.
Our restaurant is happy to share with you our allergen sheet which details which products contain allergens, however cross contamination is unavoidable due to the size of our kitchen & a single oven that everything is cooked in. We do not recommend anyone with a food allergy to eat at POPSI'S and to do so is at the diners risk. POPSI'S are grateful for customers who wish to book ahead to avoid disappointment. Please note that we have a small restaurant which sits up to 26 people (16 under social distancing). Tables can go very quickly. Especially over weekends and holidays. We provide an online booking system so that you can book at your convenience. When using this system please allow for a confirmation email of your booking to be sent back to you. POPSI'S reserves the right to add a 10% service charge to the final bill. POPSI'S also reserves the right to hold the table for up to 15 minutes after the scheduled booking. After this the table will be given to other guests. We ask that all the party arrive no later than 15 minutes from the booking time. Due to high demand the tables are only reserved for 1.5hrs. We can not cater for bookings larger than 4 due to social distancing on the inside. We have outside tables that can take up to 6 but weather depending. Please call us to discuss this option. 'No shows' with out any notice will be blocked from future table bookings. Please note these rules are subject to the ever changing government guidance. POPSI'S reserves the right to change or amend it's terms and conditions at any time with out notice.
